Meet The Team
Whether Elle is working with a beautiful bride or a corporate executive, she knows each person has his or her own unique style. No event is the same because no client is the same. As CEO of Events by Elle, her ultimate goal is to create a fun and stress-free experience for all her clients. She can adapt to the ever-changing trends while staying true to what is timeless and elegant. Her dream is for her clients to look back at their photos years from now and find the event to be current and beautiful. Fun fact: Elle is married to her high school sweetheart and they have the two cutest dogs named Skye and Millie!
Senior Coordinator + Designer
As Senior Coordinator, Madeleine oversees the daily operations of the office. She works closely with vendors to finalize contracts and acts as a liaison between the clients and vendors. Creating mood boards, helping you decide on color palettes and linens, as well as creating the perfect floorplan is her specialty. She is dedicated, honest, and treats every event as if it were her own. Event design and logistics are two of her strongest talents. Madeleine has such a passion to bring every client’s vision to life and works effortlessly to make their dreams a reality. Fun Fact: Madeleine has been to two world cups and counting!
Alexandra graduated from FIU with an undergraduate degree in communications and a master’s degree in business administration. She has always been a social butterfly and has a passion for all things social and digital. From working on the website to responding to you all on social media, Alex is our one-stop gal for all things marketing. You will probably catch her on site at our events documenting all the behind the scenes action and posting on our socials.
Fun fact: Alex loves country music and absolutely must stop and pet every dog she sees!
Assistant Event Coordinator
Alicia is currently a senior at the Chaplin School for Hospitality and Tourism Management at FIU studying Hospitality and Tourism Management with a focus in event planning. Alicia assists with vendor negotiations, contract read-throughs, building strong relations with our clients, and any office details. Her bubbly personality brings the best energy into the office as well as onsite at any event! Fun fact: she loves dancing and was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah
