Beyond her passion for events, Elle is married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud mom of two handsome boys. She loves savoring fine dining experiences, indulging in chocolate, and enjoying tequila with friends. Known to dance the night away, Elle brings the same joyful energy and dedication to her personal life as she does to every event. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and her signature color is red - bold, vibrant and full of life, much like Elle herself.

Her role is not about executing florals or rentals directly, but about envisioning the full creative landscape, shaping the aesthetic, defining the design language, and curating every detail to ensure harmony and intention. With a discerning eye, a passion for collaboration, and a leadership style that balances warmth with confidence, Alex inspires innovation while guiding an exceptional team of creative partners. The result is a celebration that feels personal, immersive, and effortlessly refined.
When she’s not designing unforgettable events, Alex can usually be found out on the boat fishing, doting on her dog, or perfecting everyone’s coffee order as our in-house barista. Newly engaged and a country girl at heart, she has a love for art, culture, and music, always finding inspiration in the little moments. Her vibrant energy and genuine kindness shine through in everything she does, making her a beloved partner to clients and colleagues alike.

Alicia Piacenti is the master of details both big and small. With an innate talent for logistics, she transforms complex plans into seamless celebrations, orchestrating each moment so that design and operations flow in perfect harmony. From analyzing contracts to crafting timelines, she ensures that no element is overlooked. Beyond precision and structure, Alicia brings warmth and dedication to every client relationship, offering a steady hand and thoughtful guidance throughout the planning journey. The result is an experience that feels effortless, intentional, and flawlessly executed.
When she’s not orchestrating flawless events, Alicia is most likely off exploring the world, as travel is her greatest joy. Newly married and endlessly positive, she brings the same energy to her personal life that she does to her work. You can catch her line dancing at round up in the evening, out running during the day, or playing pickleball with friends. Her zest for life and adventurous spirit shine through in everything she does, making her as beloved outside the office as she is within it.
